Customer assumes full responsibility for any data loss which might occur before, during or after service or transportation of customers equipment.

Further, Customer agrees to backup their data prior to commencement of service.

COMPUTER CENTER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF OR INTEGRITY OF CUSTOMERS DATA. CUSTOMER MUST BACK UP THEIR DATA FILES

  • Hayward, Newark, Union City, Castro Valley, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, San Ramon, Dublin and Pleasanton. $90. trip charge. $75. per half hour.
  • Other areas are generally not serviced without a specific contract.
  • Terms are C.O.D. unless otherwise negotiated.
  • In some cases customer equipment may be transported to CCOH for more efficient repair service turn-around, part delays, etc. Specific issues and additional charges will be discussed with customer in detail as required.
  • Minimum Computer diagnostic charge is $80.
  • Diagnostic charges will be waived for approved jobs. Regular rates apply.
  • Priority Charge (24 hour turn-around) when available. $30.  to $75. per device.
  • Standard Service labor rate. $100. per hour.
